  • Begin understanding the “why” behind how you feel

  • Introduce supportive coping strategies

  • Start building emotional awareness and resilience

    You’ll begin to feel more in control, with tools to manage your emotions and situations more effectively.

    ✨ Sessions can be used weekly, fortnightly, or at a pace that suits you.

🌺 8 Session Package – Deep Support & Lasting Change

£140 (£17.50 per session)

Best for those wanting consistent support and deeper emotional work.

Within this package, we will:
 

  • Work through deeper-rooted thoughts and feelings

  • Strengthen emotional regulation and self-awareness

  • Build long-term coping strategies tailored to you

  • Support you in making meaningful, sustainable changes

💬 1:1 Emotional Support Session

50 Minutes | £25

A one-to-one session designed to give you a safe, supportive space to talk openly about what’s on your mind — at your own pace, with no pressure or judgement.

  • Explore what’s currently going on for you

  • Help you process thoughts, feelings, or situations
