Hi, I’m Emma.
I support mums who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in difficult seasons of life.
As a mum, grandmother, and aunt, I understand how much we carry — often quietly. My own experiences, including difficult relationships and life challenges, are part of why I care so deeply about creating a safe, supportive space for others.
My approach is calm, non-judgemental, and centred around you — giving you space to talk, reflect, and feel supported.

My Approach
A calm, supportive space where you are heard, understood, and never judged.
Your information and sessions remain completely confidential in line with current GDPR Laws. However, confidentiality may be broken if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where required by law.
Confidentiality
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations may be charged in full.

Payment is required prior to each session or in advance for block bookings
This service provides emotional support and coaching and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment. If at any point I feel your needs are beyond the scope of this service, I will support you in accessing appropriate services.
